We had a bunch of starters and I would highly recommend the pepper lamb. Then for mains, the butter chicken might be one of the best I have ever had. We had such a great experience at this place and will definitely come back. When we arrived, we were greeted by the host and were guided to our table. They dedicated a lot of time to walking us through the menu items. We ordered the samosa, mixed grilled platter, butter chicken rice, beef,, and prawn stew. All the foods brought to us tasted absolutely amazing. They were made fresh and seasoned to perfection. No criticism regarding food, as it was undoubtedly one of the best Indian curries we tried in Melbourne. The only point to improve was the time between the entree and the main, which was around 45 minutes. Provided there was a misunderstanding regarding delivery time, it's up to the serving staff to run the time. We prefer to have the main with us rather than asking them to bring it. Although it is on the pricier side, the warm atmosphere and flavoursome food is what makes this place a staple. The risen deck at the front is a nice place to eat and watch the world pass by. The portions are generous and filling, and the food is full of spices and punch (with options to go creamy instead of spicy). The service is warm and polite. The owner is so kind to!
